Teaching Ministries

Biblical Teaching

One of the most powerful elements of the Holy Spirit's ministry through Bethesda is teaching and discipleship. Time and again the Holy Spirit has proven to use Bethesda as a hub for powerful instruction for everyday Christian living, overcoming Satan by the blood of the Lamb and the word of our testimonies, and tapping into the power of God's spiritual gifts to bring about freedom and victory to both believers and non-believers.

We have several ministries that focus on teaching and guiding individuals through an understanding of the power of Jesus Christ and all He has to give us.

Sunday School

Sunday School is from 9:45am-10:45am each Sunday. Classes are available for all ages.

Our children's classes are grouped according to age. They are currently studying from Ken Ham's Answers Bible Curriculum.

There two adult Sunday School classes offered:
The Pastor's Class is taught by Pastor Hank. Twenty years ago, Pastor Hank conducted a meticulous study of the book of Revelation with the adult Sunday school class. He has returned to a study of Revelation again believing that it is critical for the Church to be prepared for the coming times revealed to John during his stay on the island of Patmos.

The Mixed Adults class is taught by Phil Sewell and Fritz Baclawski.

The Bible and Breakfast

Faithful prayer warriors gather each Friday morning in the Sanctuary at 5:45 am for a time of prayer for our church family, our community, our nation, and the world. Following the prayer time all are invited to gather in the Fellowship Hall for breakfast. Our pastor closes the breakfast with a devotional teaching from God's Word. A great way to start your day and we promise to get you on your way by 7:00 am.

If you are unable to make this incredible time of teaching from Pastor Hank, transcripts of the lessons are available here.

Bible Studies
